CoquusPurchasing
Functionality and agility for your purchases
MAXIMUM INTEGRATION
The easiest way to manage the complexity of your purchases
Your purchases have a great variety of products (brands, formats…) that you should not bring to your recipes. In addition, a considerable complexity of units (sale, reception, storage, use…). Coquus Purchasing uses a model with generic products that allows you to manage the complexity of your process of register and validation of products, with the stability of the recipes, while maintaining the maximum rigor in the management of allergens, nutritional assessments and costs.
Two Examples of Excellence: Allergens and Cost
The standardization of patient characteristics implies that some “incompatibilities” must be present in all products of a category (all products equivalent to “tuna” must contain “no tuna”), but certain products (brands, preparations…) may have additional characteristics (e.g. “sulfites”). Coquus manages allergens and other features at different levels so you can maximize safety while avoiding unnecessary restrictions that limit patient and resident menus. Coquus also automatically keeps the detailed costs of your recipes and menus up to date.
Different models for integrating Coquus Purchasing into your current processes
We propose models ranging from total integration, supported by your ERP or central purchasing, to architectures that allow you to digitize your purchases without digitizing your warehouse. Bold models, born from the specific needs of kitchens like yours, which have generated a wealth of experience and functionality that awaits you in Coquus.
Reception labeling and batching
Coquus manages the traceability that starts at the reception. At this point, Coquus estimates the expected delivery note using all the information at its disposal (delivery days, products ordered, delivery quantities…) and facilitates the reception by re-labeling the products with their own batch code and an optical identification that speeds up any subsequent management based on the scanning of the label. An optimized process to reduce to the maximum the administrative work of your staff while maintaining maximum safety.
